64000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the 64000 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all rules set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 64000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 64000 platform, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing the content or services provided. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 64000 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, users confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 64000 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and in all dealings with the platform. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any unprocessed winnings.
User responsibilities include:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Not attempt to compromise the integrity of any game or the platform's systems.
- Not use automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and local regulations.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 64000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX Internet Banking, Touch 'n Go (TNG) Wallet, and local bank transfers.
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. All successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the processing time applicable to the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 64000 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Any attempt to make payments using unauthorised methods, conduct fraudulent transactions, or manipulate the payment system will result in immediate action, including account freezing and cancellation of the relevant transaction.
Liability Limits and Account Policies
64000 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
64000's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
64000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out herein.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, misconduct, or manipulation of the system.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 64000 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 64000 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 64000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 64000 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. You browse external websites at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
64000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
